En-suite Bathroom in Southeast London
This project involved total demolition of the old bathroom, moving a stud wall (making the bathroom smaller), while optimising the space design to enable a built-in washer/dryer area (which could not fit in the previous bathroom design). The project included re-wiring, new plumbing, installation of underfloor heating and a new extractor fan system, addition of sensor-activated night lights, installation of a new toilet and shower area, tiling, decorating and installation of accessories. The design was adapted during the project as new realities emerged vs. the plans - including wall cavities being reduced to enable more shower space.
Luxury Bathroom in London
This bathroom was to serve the dual purpose of being a cloakroom WC for house guests, while also serving as the primary bathroom for the home owner. The brief was to create the feeling of high-end designer hotel vs domestic bathroom, while also improving space design to enable a larger shower area. We connected our client with a London-based bathroom designer to help with space design and fixtures. We demolished the old bathroom, moved and reduced the width of a stud wall to create more space and carried out the re-wiring, new plumbing, installation of underfloor heating and a new extractor fan system, addition of sensor-activated night lights, built-in Zuma sound and light system, installation of a new Japanese-style toilet with washlet, construction of a large walk-in shower area with a heated bench, all tiling work, decorating and installation of accessories.
Kitchen Extension
Our client wished to enlarge the kitchen in order to create more space for meal preparation, a full size dishwasher, and for entertaining, while also wanting to improve the overall specification of the kitchen, on a budget. We therefore worked to keep as much of the original kitchen as possible, sourcing the same specification of cupboards while replacing the counter top, extending the worktop and cupboard space and adding a kitchen island. Consulted with the client on how to achieve this and ran the whole project from sourcing of parts, production of stainless steel worktops, electrical wiring, gas rangemaster oven installation, plumbing, and full installation of the kitchen.
